All orders shipped out from our Amazon warehouse will arrive between 1-5 days depending on which shipping option you chose.
From our international warehouse, orders will be shipped within 1-5 days. You'll receive your goods in the mail within 7-30 days at the most. Most customers receive their orders within 12-20 days.
We wait 24 hours after your order before processing it. This is to allow you to make any changes to your order (if required).
After 24 hours, all orders are sent to our international fulfillment center in China and the order is packaged and shipped out.
Tracking numbers are usually available 3-5 business days after you place your order. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 2-4 working days to show the correct location of your package.

To minimize shipping times, we avoid the use of a central assembling warehouse. This means that if you order more than one product, we might ship it out in different packages to speed up the shipping time!
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
